3 Types of Wedding Veils

A wedding veil is a headpiece that is worn by a bride on her wedding day .A veil is of traditional significance to some women however to others it’s just another piece of  accessory that is worn for a more modern look.

When it comes to choosing a veil for your big day , you might have to ask yourself a few questions. What veil style would suit you? What length veil should you wear? Do you even need to wear a  veil at all?

Yes , your wedding dress is the most important piece of your wedding day look, however , a veil can pull your whole look together. From length to style, there’s a veil out there for every bride’s unique taste . Now , let’s talk about three types of wedding veils.

Birdcage Wedding Veil

Birdcage wedding veils are usually made of stiff netting or mesh to create structure. They’re typically fastened to pillbox hats, headbands, or hair combs.

This type wedding veil is ideal for creating a vintage look if you’re wearing a lace gown.

Blusher Veil

A blusher veil is a sheer veil that fastens to the crown of the head and covers the face of the bride. This type of veil is usually lifted by the groom once the bride has walked down the aisle, or at the end of the vows before the kiss.

So these are just a few wedding veil styles that can add a romantic touch and will match perfectly to a bride’s wedding gown so that they can create that perfect bridal look.
